April 2011 Potter Cup 2011 The 39th Potter Cup event (also the 9th Gran Premi Generalitat de Catalunya and the 18th Campionat Internacional de Catalunya de Veterans) will be held this year from 26 to 29 May with seven teams participating from Great Britain, Italy, France, Belgium, Ireland, Spain and the United States of America. A team from the host club will also take part in the event intended for men aged 45 & Over, which once again boasts a strong draw and is included in the International Tennis Federation calendar. The Spanish team includes the following players; Jordi Arrese, David de Miguel, Marcos Gorriz, Miquel Puigdevall, Carlos Costa, Pablo Semprún, Francisco Garcia, Eduardo Osta, Fernando Luna and Francesc Castellá and will be captained by Miguel Mir. They will face many other players with strong international pedigrees in the teams of IC Italy (the reigning champions), IC France and IC USA, amongst others. Once again, the competition is organised by the International Club of Spain, the Catalan Tennis Federation, and the Real Club de Polo and supported by the Spanish Tennis Federation.
