January 2012 The IC Junior Challenge World-wide Finals The IC Junior Challenge 16-and-under World-wide Finals started today in Adelaide. Each team consists of two boys two girls and an adult Captain. It is part of a week-long festival of tennis being staged by the S Australian Government and the IC of Australia, and commenced with a clinic given by the juniors and their coaches for local underprivileged kids. The teams taking part are: Germany, S Africa, India, USA, Argentina and Australia. The event is played on a round robin basis, with any draws being decided by a mixed doubles champion’s tie break.
