May 2010 BILLY MULLER of IC South Africa, who celebrated his 100 years birthday last year, has sadly passed away BILLY MULLER of IC South Africa, who celebrated his 100 years birthday last year, has sadly passed away. He was the oldest member of the IC Family and played a very active and prominent role in the activities of IC South Africa.
