CQS IC June in Prague 2018

From June 14 through to June 16, the IC of the Czech Republic hosted another edition of the popular CQS 4 Nations event in Prague. As per normal tradition, the event was held at the prestigious Czech Lawn Tennis Club on Štvanice island. The competing IC nations were; Belgium, Hungary, GB and the home nation, the Czech Republic. Participants included former Grand Slam tournament champions and ATP/WTA players.

Thursday featured matches between national teams and Friday was played under a mixed-nation pairings format. The IC of Belgium took the trophy overall.

The competitive component of the Event was complemented by numerous social events including a boat trip on the Vltava river and a tour of Nelahozeves chateaux.

The 44th edition of the Potter Cup took place last weekend, and saw the team from the United States emerge triumphant, claiming its seventh title in the prestigious senior tennis event.
